The IPNA Foundation is a public good organization that contributes to the social integration of people with disabilities by disseminating and promoting their rights; providing counseling and training; and organizing educational, therapeutic and cultural activities.

Vision: To get disability on the public agenda and promote awareness of disability as a human rights issue.

Mission: To help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, working with their families and civil society organizations to promote the awareness and exercise of their rights.

Objective: To provide activities, services and programs that promote the social integration of people with disabilities through a cross-disciplinary perspective that considers human rights.
